Grades to Handle: Grade 1 or Grade 2
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary teacher for Grade 1 & 2, handling all major subjects.
* Build strong teacher–student and teacher–parent relationships.
* Foster a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered classroom environment.
* Plan lessons, conduct assessments, and track student progress.
* Support holistic development through academics, values, and co-curricular activities.
Requirements:
* Graduate with B.Ed (preferred) / D.El.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Passionate about early childhood and primary education.
