Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and alert Monitoring Executive to join our security and surveillance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to continuously monitor live CCTV footage, respond to suspicious activities in real time, coordinate with field staff, and ensure proper logging and reporting of incidents. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the security and operational efficiency of our clients’ sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage of multiple locations from the control room.
- Detect and report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities and incidents observed.
- Coordinate with on-ground security staff for timely action when required.
- Generate daily surveillance reports and escalate incidents to higher authorities.
- Ensure all surveillance systems (CCTV, alarm systems, etc.) are functioning properly.
- Assist in playback review and footage extraction when needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during emergencies or alerts.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar monitoring or control room role (freshers with good observation skills may also apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CCTV and monitoring systems.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
