Factory Admin Executive's role is to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Proven experience as an Modern Trade Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheet) and office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Drive the secondary sales and monitor stocks.
- Drive the monthly sales through sales promoters.
- Looks after the process of selecting promoters/merchandiser and make arrangements of training programs for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain and organize accurate records, documents, and administrative databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, preparing agendas and keeping minutes.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle external correspondence, such as emails, calls, and official letters.
- Assist HR with onboarding processes, training coordination, and administrative support.
- Monitor budgets related to administrative tasks and propose cost-effective solutions.
