- Position: Mobile App Support Executive
- Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with users to understand issues they face with the mobile app
- Identify root causes and document the problems clearly
- Coordinate with the app development team to explain issues and track fixes
- Test the app after updates to ensure everything is functioning as expected
- Prepare simple release notes before each app update
- Learn and understand the StrategicERP product to perform effective RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Local Mumbai-based candidate
- Background in Engineering / IT / Technical fields
- Basic understanding of Android apps and APIs
- Logical thinker with a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills to interact with both users and developers
- Proactive, curious, and capable of taking initiative without waiting for directions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
