Job Opening: MIS Executive (Advanced Excel - Logistics Background)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for fleet operations
- Analyze fuel consumption, mileage, trip performance, and vehicle utilization
- Use Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index/Match, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards) for reporting and analysis
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and compliance
- Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure timely data collection
- Assist management in data-driven decision-making and operational improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in MIS/Reporting in the Logistics or Transport domain
- Expertise in MS Excel – must be proficient with advanced formulas and dashboard creation
- Experience in handling large data sets and converting data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with fleet operations, compliance, and logistics processes
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
