Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala Pvt Ltd is looking for Merchandiser for Sales Promotion
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to support product visibility, availability, and sales growth across retail outlets. The role involves working closely with dealers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure proper product placement, branding, and promotional execution at the store level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective product display and visibility at retail outlets as per company guidelines.
- Set up and maintain merchandising materials (product stands, posters, display units, shelf branding, etc.).
- Monitor stock levels at outlets, coordinate with distributors/sales team to avoid stock-outs.
- Assist in execution of in-store promotions, sampling, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure placement of POS materials (banners, brochures, danglers, etc.) on time.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, offers, and in-store presence.
- Provide feedback from retailers/customers to sales and marketing teams.
- Support sales executives/managers in increasing secondary sales and outlet coverage.
- Submit timely reports on outlet visits, merchandising status, and campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience : 1 to 2 years merchandising experience in FMCG /Retailer industry
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays depending on store promotions.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
