Preferred Experience: 1-6 years
Key job accountabilities:
- Responsible for answering customer calls.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with all customers.
- Professionally handle all inbound calls and resolve billing statement queries.
Required candidate profile:
- Relevant experience in USA health care medical billing.
- Must have at least 2+ year experience in patient calls.
- Must have knowledge of medical billing software, preferably Kareo/Tebra.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 office applications like Teams, Outlook, OneDrive etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
