Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Media School Trainer to deliver high-quality instruction and hands-on training to students in media-related disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, communications, or film production, and a passion for educating the next generation of media professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in media-related subjects such as Script Writing, Cinematography, Still Photography, VFX & Motion Graphics, Editing & Color Grading video production, storytelling, etc.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Conduct practical sessions and workshops using industry-standard tools and software.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with academic staff and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
- Stay current with media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and student projects to enhance practical exposure.
- Assist in marketing efforts by participating in events, seminars, and webinars as a subject matter expert.
Candidates Residing nearby areas preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Media, Cinematography, VFX& Motion Graphics, Film Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the media industry or academia.
- Strong command over tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
