We do a a full-service advertising agency dedicated to delivering innovative media solutions across digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms. We’re seeking a highly experienced Media Ad Sales professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and high-value client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, target, and acquire new business across media verticals (digital, print, OOH, TV, radio).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media buyers, planners, and brand managers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement media sales strategies aligned with agency goals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with media planning and buying teams to craft compelling pitches.
- Media Partnerships:
- Collaborate with media owners and publishers to negotiate rates, inventory, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Stay informed about media trends, pricing, and new platforms.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and revenue pipelines.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven media ad sales experience in an advertising or media agency.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel media including digital, print, and OOH.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Established network of clients and media vendors preferred.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and driven by results.
