Job Description:
We are hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations at our project in Dolvi, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical supervision, equipment handling, and team coordination on construction or industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor mechanical work at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
- Report daily progress to project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Ability to handle site operations independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Dolvi.
