Stipend: Fixed 10000 - 12000 for 3 months

Opportunity for Full-time Employment: Yes (Post-internship, selected candidates will be hired on company payroll)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and assist in documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for staffing and HR support.
- Ensure HR databases and trackers are regularly updated.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- High sense of confidentiality and organizational ability.
