Job Title: Matrimonial Profile Team
Job Summary:
The Matrimonial Profile Team is responsible for creating, updating, and managing client profiles with accuracy and confidentiality. The team ensures profiles are well-drafted, verified, and presented attractively to support the matchmaking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect client information and documents for profile creation.
- Draft and update client profiles with clarity and professionalism.
- Verify details shared by clients to ensure authenticity.
- Upload and maintain profiles in the system/database.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers for matching suitable profiles.
- Maintain confidentiality of client data at all times.
- Provide timely support and updates to clients on their profiles.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Experience in data management, content writing, or customer support preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
