- Delivering engaging and concept-driven lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Teaching a full range of subject areas assigned.
- Preparing daily and long-term lesson plans according to academy curriculum guidelines.
- Assigning work, correcting and marking work carried out by students
- Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.
- Conducting regular assessments, class tests, and practice papers.
- Attending staff meetings, training and professional development sessions.
- Discussing students’ progress with parents and guardians, administrators and other professionals as necessary.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Tracking and reporting student progress.
- Coordinating with parents when necessary to update on student performance.
- Creating a positive and disciplined learning environment.
