Who Should Apply
We are specifically seeking candidates who meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc. or B.Ed. preferred)
- TET/CTET qualified or pursuing (preferred but not mandatory for private coaching)
- 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed institute/school (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students with examples, real-life analogies, and problem-solving techniques
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom sessions using lecture + practical approach, including experimentation & visualization (digital board-based teaching)
- Teach Mathematics from Grade 6 to 12 (stream-wise for Boards like ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, SSC)
- Conduct weekly tests, doubt-solving sessions, and maintain regular student progress updates
- Maintain professional decorum and ensure timely completion of syllabus with conceptual clarity
- Collaborate with faculty team and participate in training and curriculum improvement programs
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic performance
