We are looking for a Mathematics Researcher to engage in cutting-edge research that advances the field of mathematics and its applications. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to explore innovative mathematical concepts and methodologies, contributing to impactful projects that push the boundaries of knowledge.
This is a full-time on-site position.
Responsibilities
Align with the in-house software team by analyzing the process flows, calculations and to optimize the software app processes and functions by developing mathematical based algorithms, flowcharts and pseudocode for the software developers to use as a base for error-free coding and programming.
Develop and analyze mathematical models to solve complex problems and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Required Qualifications
Masters or PhD in Mathematics or a related field with a strong focus on research.
Demonstrated expertise in mathematical theory and applications, evidenced by published research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex mathematical challenges creatively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in interdisciplinary research projects that bridge mathematics with other scientific domains.
Familiarity with computational tools and software used for mathematical modeling and analysis.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
Proficiency in mathematical software such as Mathematica, MATLAB, or Python for data analysis and model development.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their mathematical foundations is a plus.
