Job description:
1. Inventory & Order Handling
- Check stock daily on all platforms
- Match platform stock with our internal sheets
- Coordinate with warehouse & customer care for smooth deliveries and returns
- Fix out-of-stock and cancellation issues quickly
2. Pricing & Offers
- Update prices, discounts, and offers regularly
- Make sure right promotions go live during sales
- Fix any pricing errors on time
3. Reports & Excel Work
- Maintain:
- Daily sales trackers
- Inventory & returns reports
- Revenue, discounts, and refund sheets
- Must know:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- IF formulas, Filters, Data cleaning
- Handling large data
4. Coordination & Support
- Raise platform tickets for issues
- Talk to Amazon/Flipkart support teams
- Work closely with our internal teams
Tools You’ll Use:
- Excel / Google Sheets (must be strong)
- Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal
- Tools like Unicommerce / Vinculum (a plus)
