Full Job Description
We are hiring an energetic and proactive Marketing Field Executive (Male or Female) to promote our range of henna-based beauty products, including henna cones, henna powders, nail cones, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, beauty stores, wholesale outlets, and distributors to promote and sell our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, beauty parlours, and cosmetics suppliers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Educate customers on the benefits and quality of our natural henna products.
- Collect regular feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up regularly to ensure repeat business and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity with local areas and shops around Kozhikode
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Quarterly bonus
