About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and qualified Marketing Candidate (Male/Female) to take on the role of Hospital Promoter. The candidate will be responsible for visiting medical institutions, colleges, and hospitals across India to identify and connect with multi-specialty doctors who are open to relocating to or from Nagpur for employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals, medical colleges, and institutions to identify doctors looking for job opportunities.
- Promote Center Point Hospital and available positions to potential candidates.
- Facilitate communication between interested doctors and the hospital’s Managing director.
- Maintain a database of contacts and outreach progress.
- Represent the hospital in a professional manner during all visits and interactions.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Marketing preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, fieldwork, or hospital promotion (preferred).
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and nationally.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.
