Key Responsibilities:
- Promote lab services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers.
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns and local outreach programs.
- Develop tie-ups with corporates, schools, fitness centers, and housing societies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the local market.
- Handle branding activities, such as distribution of brochures, posters, and digital collaterals.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for online lead generation and brand awareness.
- Organize health camps, medical check-up drives, and community outreach events.
- Track sales targets and provide performance reports to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or diagnostics marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and tie-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of diagnostic tests and medical terminology is a plus.
