Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing digital and on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Support mobilizer and referral program promotions through WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms.
- Help analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with field teams and callers to monitor referral quality.
- Contribute to social media content and marketing collaterals.
- Work with the product team on user engagement and onboarding strategies.

Who Should Apply:
- Fresh graduates from reputable institutes (marketing, mass communication, business, or related fields).
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles.

- Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends and basic digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp/Telegram marketing or influencer outreach.
- Canva, Excel, Google Sheets.
- Hindi speaking proficiency (mandatory).
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced startups and ownership mindset.
