Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive (Field) is responsible for promoting hospital services, building strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners. The role involves field visits, patient acquisition, brand promotion, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Relations
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral partners to promote hospital services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies for empanelment and tie-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and outreach channels to increase patient inflow.
- Referral & Networking
- Develop and maintain a strong referral network of doctors, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), health talks, and medical camps in coordination with consultants.
- Coordinate with community groups, NGOs, and local associations for hospital promotions.
- Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities
- Execute hospital marketing campaigns, events, and awareness drives.
- Distribute hospital brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in the community.
- Represent the hospital at health fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Patient Acquisition & Conversion
- Follow up on referrals to ensure conversion into hospital admissions.
- Track patient satisfaction and feedback from referral sources.
- Work closely with the hospital team to ensure smooth admission and discharge processes for referred patients.
- Market Research & Reporting
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Maintain records of daily field visits and submit reports to management.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
