Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective clients in need of ESIC, PF, and Labour laws other statutory compliance services.
- Present and promote ESIC, PF & Labour law - related services to businesses, HR heads, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Work closely with internal compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current ESIC/PF regulations and updates.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for statutory services.
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Fresher & 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in HR, compliance services, or payroll industry.
- Good understanding of ESIC, PF, and Labour law other statutory obligations under Indian labour laws.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minium HSC qualified fresher & Experience working with compliance consultancies or HR outsourcing firms.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory filing deadlines.
- Ability to explain legal/technical terms in simple language to clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Conversion rate of leads to clients.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Revenue generated from ESIC/PF services.
