Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across multiple channels and execute marketing strategies that enhance Alopa Healthcare’s brand visibility, patient engagement, and service outreach. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong
communication skills, and be passionate about healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
● Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in designing and developing marketing
brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets for both print and online channels.
● Website Content & Design: Support in updating and improving website content, layout, and user experience to align with branding and marketing campaigns.
● Event Management: Organize and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and
conferences, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support.
● CRM Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage CRM databases to ensure
accurate customer information and effective campaign execution.
● Client Relationship Marketing: Support customer engagement through after-service calls, feedback collection, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Qualifications & Experience :
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
(or equivalent work experience).
● 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp)
● Knowledge of CRM systems and basic data management.
● Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
● Passion for healthcare and patient-centric communication is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
