About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Associate who thrives at the intersection of content, campaigns, and community. Someone who can write a sharp email in the morning, plan a product launch reel by lunch, and brainstorm a student referral contest by tea.
This isn’t just a support role—it’s a front-row seat to build Parikshak’s voice, presence, and narrative across India.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Own day-to-day marketing operations—campaign coordination, social media scheduling, content tracking, asset management, etc.
- Write, edit, and repurpose marketing content—emails, job posts, event invites, landing page copy, growth campaigns, and more
- Help manage our brand presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp—from scheduling posts to tracking performance
- Support GTM campaigns—coordinate design, content, and ops for product drops, community launches, or placement drives
- Track campaign performance and report learnings—what worked, what flopped, and why
- Work across teams—you’ll collaborate with product, design, community, and founders to make sure our voice is sharp, consistent, and fast-moving
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, content creation, or brand operations
You write clearly, creatively, and quickly—whether it’s a social caption or a job banner
You love early-stage chaos and don’t wait for perfect briefs to get started
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, basic analytics (Google Sheets, GA), and scheduling platforms
Bonus if you’ve worked in hiring-tech, edtech, SaaS, or with Gen Z-facing brands
