§ Role:
o We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Research Operations Executive to manage and streamline the execution of research projects. This role involves coordinating research logistics, managing data collection processes, ensuring data quality, and liaising with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong understanding of research methodologies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
§ Knowledge:
o Broad understanding of Market Research and FMCG industry
o Exposed to different research design and methodology
o Interest in decoding consumer purchase and usage behavior
o PowerPoint and advanced Excel
§ Responsibilities:
o Coordinate the end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
o Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
o Oversee survey programming, data collection, sampling, and respondent management.
o Liaise with fieldwork agencies, panel providers, and other vendors.
o Ensure high data quality through checks, audits, and sample validation processes.
o Assist in the preparation of project briefs, questionnaires, and reporting templates.
o Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
o Monitor field progress and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.
o Support insights and analytics teams with clean and accurate datasets.
§ Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree.
o 1-2 years of experience (preferably in market research operations or project coordination)
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
o High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Understanding of research methodologies (quantitative & qualitative) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
