About the Role
As a Manager- Talent Acquisition at Affinity, you will lead global recruitment for customer-facing and revenue-generating functions across Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia. Managing a team of two Associate Managers – Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in building world-class talent pipelines and delivering strategic hiring outcomes that fuel Affinity’s global growth.
This role requires a balance of hands-on recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and people leadership, along with the ability to understand evolving market trends and deliver consistently against hiring plans in a competitive international landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
• Mentor, and manage Talent Acquisition Team managers, ensuring delivery against global hiring mandates.
• Set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster continuous development within the TA team.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and process excellence.
Global Recruitment Strategy & Execution
• Drive hiring for Sales, Marketing, Publisher Alliances, Publisher Success, Account Management, and Operations across US, Europe and Southeast Asia.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to forecast talent needs, design sourcing strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ensure consistency of TA practices while adapting to local hiring nuances in each geography.
Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand and niche commercial/operations roles globally.
• Stay informed on international talent market trends, competitor moves, and compensation benchmarks to sharpen strategy.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience with transparent communication and timely decisions.
• Enhance Affinity’s employer brand globally through social media, networking, and talent events.
Process Excellence & Analytics
• Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to track funnel effectiveness, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire across geographies.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to achieve faster and higher-quality closures.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10 years of proven recruitment experience, with significant exposure to international hiring.
• Experience leading and managing a recruitment team, with demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and drive outcomes through others.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and operations roles (sales, marketing, client success, alliances, operations) in AdTech, digital media, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Hands-on sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, headhunting, and engaging niche industry talent pools.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence global leaders.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work seamlessly across geographies and time zones.
