About your role
We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Manager, Enablement Programs & Learning Design to lead the development of high-impact learning solutions that drive employee performance, engagement, and growth. In this role, you'll design and deliver scalable, learner-centered experiences that support business objectives across functions and levels.
As a key member of our Enablement, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership, and cross-functional partners to identify learning needs, create engaging curriculum, and measure the effectiveness of training programs. What you’ll do
Instructional Design & Content Development
Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning).
Create a variety of learning assets including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, assessments, and blended learning paths.
Tailor training solutions for diverse audiences and roles, ensuring accessibility and scalability across functions and geographies.
Apply adult learning theory and learner-centered design principles to optimize knowledge retention and application.
Use data, learner feedback, and performance metrics to iterate and improve learning experiences.
Curriculum & Program Management
Partner with stakeholders to perform needs analysis, define learning objectives, and develop curriculum roadmaps that align with business priorities.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of instructional projects—from intake and scoping to launch, adoption, and evaluation.
Develop learning journeys that support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, leadership development, and functional training.
Maintain and update content repositories to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with current business processes.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work cross-functionally with business leaders, enablement peers, and HR partners to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
Coach and support other instructional designers, facilitators, or content creators in applying learning design principles.
Recommend and implement innovative learning technologies and tools that enhance learner engagement and delivery efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7-10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum development.
Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Strong portfolio of eLearning, ILT/vILT, and blended programs.
Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or video production tools.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), knowledge platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion), and collaborative tools (e.g., Miro, Figma).
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual design skills.
Fund Administration experience a plus
Experience with AI tools a plus
Experience working with global, remote teams is a plus.
