Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical classes on basic, professional, and advanced make-up.
- Train students in bridal, fashion, editorial, and creative make-up techniques.
- Demonstrate correct use of tools, brushes, and products.
- Guide students on client consultation, face shapes, skin tones, and corrective make-up.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments and practical exams.
- Provide feedback, mentoring, and individual support to students.
- Ensure hygiene, product usage, and safety standards are maintained in labs.
- Stay updated with latest beauty trends, products, and global make-up techniques.
- Support workshops, seminars, fashion shows, and academy events.
- Uphold discipline and professional ethics as per Lakmé Academy standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Certification in Professional Make-up Artistry from a recognized institute.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in make-up (bridal, fashion, events, or media).
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of face structures, color theory, and make-up application.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and passion for mentoring students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
