Capital Spindles India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance of lathe, milling, and grinding machines (manual & CNC). The ideal candidate must have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in machine repair, alignment, and servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and preventive maintenance of workshop machines
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic issues
- Check and adjust machine alignments, spindle runouts, and lubrication systems
- Keep maintenance logs and update breakdown reports
- Ensure minimum downtime and machine efficiency
- Assist in installation and calibration of new machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S)
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Maintenance
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with machine tools maintenance
- Basic knowledge of tools, drawings, and repair practices
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of CNC/VMC operations
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules
- Ability to work independently and in a team
