*setting up, operating, and maintaining VMC machines to produce precise parts according to blueprints
*Identify and address minor machine issues, such as tool breakage or material feeding problems
*Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules
*Understand and interpret technical drawings to determine the required machining process and dimensions
*Maintain accurate records of production runs, including material usage, tool adjustments, and inspection results
