We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technical Staff to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of machines, minimizing downtime, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Coordinate with the production team for timely maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
- Recommend improvements to enhance machine performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in machine maintenance (freshers with technical knowledge can apply).
- Hands-on experience in repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting machines.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.
