Are you an experienced Biology teacher? We are hiring online tutors to deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned classes for students in Grades 8 – 12 across Indian and international boards.
This role is ideal for passionate educators who can teach concepts clearly, support board preparation, and mentor students in project work, internal assessments, business applications and amplify a students' academic evolution.
Boards & Grades Which You will Teach:
- CBSE - Grade 8 to 12
- ICSE - Grade 8 to 12
- Karnataka PUC - 11 & 12
- NIOS Senior Secondary - 8 & 10
- IB MYP & DP Program - Grade 8 to 12
- Cambridge AS & A-Level – Grade 8 to 12
Responsibilities that You Will Have to Take:
- Conduct live, structured online tutoring sessions (individual and group)
- Deliver concept-driven, case-based, and exam-focused lessons
- Assist students with board projects, case study analysis, and application-based questions
- Use online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Canva, whiteboards, case slides) effectively
- Prepare students for board exams, internal assessments, and real-world understanding of business
- Guide IB and A-Level students in research, presentations, and coursework
- Offer feedback, doubt-clearing, and revision strategies
Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in Bengaluru
- Master's degree in Biology
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience (3+ online tutoring)
- Teaching Experience in CBSE, ISC, PUC, NIOS, IB, or A-Level affiliated schools
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and platforms
- Experience with EdTech platforms
Freshers and non-teaching professionals will not be considered
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop with webcam and mic
- Pen tablet or digital writing pad
- Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
- Proficiency in digital whiteboards, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
Work Hours : Flexible schedule | Strong preference for evening and weekend availability
Compensation : Based on subject, grade, board, class type (individual/group), and your experience
