- Coordinate Shipments: Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
- Maintain Records: Track inventory levels, shipment details, and transportation documents accurately using logistics software or spreadsheets.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all legal and company procedures related to shipping, customs, and transportation regulations.
- Optimize Logistics Processes: Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement in routing, packaging, and delivery timelines.
- Handle Issues Proactively: Address delays, damages, or lost shipments by coordinating with the necessary parties and implementing corrective actions.
