We are a leading medical equipment manufacturing company dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative products. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, shipping, documentation, and coordination with vendors and transporters. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods and maintaining related records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers
- Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records, including invoices, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse personnel.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.
- Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly.
- Prepare reports related to logistics performance, delivery timelines, and freight costs.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damages, or logistics errors.
- Support the logistics manager and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
