Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Live Underwriters with a strong background in US Residential Mortgage processes. This is a WFH opportunity with Chennai as the base location.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze loan applications in real time
Apply 4Cs of Underwriting – Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral
Perform accurate Asset and Income Calculations
Assess risk factors and make loan eligibility decisions
Ensure compliance with US mortgage underwriting guidelines
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in US Mortgage Underwriting
Strong knowledge of DU/LPA, FHA, VA, or Conventional loans
Excellent understanding of asset & income documentation
Strong communication and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with good decision-making ability
Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
