Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor lifts/elevators for patient, visitor, and staff movement.
- Assist patients, elderly, and differently-abled individuals while using the lift.
- Ensure lifts are used safely and as per hospital protocols.
- Report immediately in case of any lift malfunction or technical issue.
- Maintain discipline, courtesy, and patient-first behavior while on duty.
- Follow duty schedules, shift timings, and hospital rules strictly.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (SSC).
- Prior experience in a hospital or service industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of elevator operation and safety protocols.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and punctual.
- Good communication skills and polite behavior.
