Key responsibilities:
- Providing legal support and advice to the management on relevant legal issues
- Ensuring compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities.
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
- Executing procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the organization legal function
- Appear in the court hearing.
- Update the stages of the cases by studying all the cases.
- Coordinate with company's advocate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
