Job Title: Legal Assistants
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain and organize legal documents, case files, and statutory records.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Drafting & Vetting
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, contracts, and notices.
- Provide legal opinions, replies to notices, and assist in preparing case strategies.
- Litigation & Representation
- Appear and represent the company/client before Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, DRT, and other tribunals.
- Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Manage case proceedings, prepare briefs, and track case updates.
- Advisory & Compliance
- Assist in identifying potential legal risks and provide timely advice.
- Support internal teams with legal queries and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council.
- LL.B. / B.L. (minimum qualification).
- 1–2 years of professional experience in litigation and legal advisory.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to both civil and criminal litigation.
- Familiarity with Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Compensation: As per industry standards / Negotiable
