We're looking for a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sigma Inc., focusing on contract drafting, compliance, and documentation in the construction and U.S. real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.
- Organize legal files in digital and hard copy formats.
- Manage documentation for property development and construction transactions.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and legal timelines, ensuring follow-up on pending items.
- Conduct legal research and gather documentation for issue resolution.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate contract workflows and maintain management systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the legal team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in legal or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Availability for US shifts in the EST time zone.
