Key Responsibilities
1. Identify Potential Land: Research and identify potential land for acquisition.
2. Conduct Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on land parcels, including assessments of zoning, environmental conditions, and other factors.
3. Negotiate Acquisition: Negotiate terms of land acquisition with landowners or sellers.
4. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders, such as development teams, and external parties like lawyers and surveyors.
5. Ensure Compliance: Ensure land acquisition processes comply with laws and regulations.
Requirements
1. Knowledge of Real Estate (Residential) : Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
2. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and assess risks related to land acquisition.
4. Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders.
