Job description
- Make the kitchen infra & kitchen staff hygiene at all times
- Responsible for preparing & serving quality food to all students & staffs.
- Check the quality & expiry of all food materials. Check the quality of drinking water in particular interval.
- Make 0% complaints related to food & drinking water from students & staffs. Responsible for all legal, statutory requirements.
- Reduce the wastage of food.
- Prepare the report day to day updates.
- Test food & water from laboratory with particular interval.
Qualifications: -
- 1-3 years of experience in Kitchen operations, food handling.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff & managing food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to plan seasonal menus.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Diploma or ITI in hotel management, or food technology.
- May consider, Retired employees from food & safety department.
Age 20-40 years.
