Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Waiters and Helpers to join our hotel’s restaurant team. You will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. As a Waiter or Helper, you will be responsible for delivering food and drinks, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Waiter Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present the menu, explain daily specials, and answer questions about the food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Prepare the dining area by setting tables, arranging chairs, and ensuring everything is clean and tidy.
- Process guest payments and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
- Helper Responsibilities:
- Assist waitstaff in setting up, serving, and clearing tables.
- Refill water glasses and assist with delivering food orders.
- Clean and maintain dining areas, including wiping tables, restocking napkins, and ensuring utensils are polished.
- Help with food prep and plate assembly in the kitchen when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management and help with storage of supplies.
- Help set up for events, banquets, and special functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service etiquette.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
