Job brief :
o Greeting customers as they enter
o Providing customers with drink menus and answering their questions regarding ingredients
o Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
o Prepare beverages following recipes
o Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
o Serve beverages and prepared food, like pancakes, waffles and brownies
o Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
o Keep the bar area clean
o Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
o Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
o Comply with health and safety regulations
o Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
