We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Preschool / Kindergarten Teachers who love working with young children and have a flair for teaching through play, storytelling, songs, and creative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, caring, and safe classroom environment.
- Plan and execute engaging lessons, activities, and learning experiences.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
- Communicate regularly with parents on the child’s progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training.
- Prior teaching experience in a preschool or playschool is preferred.
- Passionate about early childhood development.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Patience, creativity, and energy to work with young learners.
