Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher (NTT) to join our CBSE school at the Padur campus. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children and a deep understanding of early childhood development. The teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and caring environment for children in the KG (Kindergarten) class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities to foster early childhood development.
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for KG students.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based and structured learning activities.
- Assess and track the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents.
- Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a collaborative and supportive school culture.
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities related to early childhood education.
Skills and Qualifications:
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification or equivalent.
- Graduation in Education or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in teaching at the KG level, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Freshers with NTT certification and the ability to join immediately are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development.
- Ability to create a joyful, interactive, and engaging learning environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
