Role Overview:
As a Team Member in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food as per brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Prepare and serve food & beverages as per company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen and service areas.
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and waste control.
- Work at different stations (cashier, kitchen, service counter, delivery dispatch) as assigned.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the store team in achieving daily sales and service targets.
- Follow all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- 12th pass / Graduate (freshers welcome).
- Prior experience in QSR, café, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
