Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Officer to oversee and implement safety protocols at our residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction safety practices, a stable work history, and the ability to promote a culture of safety across all levels of the project.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction site safety, preferably in residential projects.
- Stable employment history with minimal job changes.
- Resume must include detailed project information (type, name, size, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of on-site safety practices and compliance.
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.
- Reporting time: 8:00 AM onwards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
- Conduct safety training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and internal company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
- Promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel.
