About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR internship. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support HR functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance tracking
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, practices, and legal regulations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
