We are seeking a Junior Medical Biller to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. This role involves assisting in claim creation, submission, payment posting, and denial follow-up for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of medical billing processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively during night shifts to align with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial).
- Post payments and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in following up on unpaid or denied claims.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate billing records in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily/weekly billing targets.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing or RCM .
- Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with billing software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
