Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our design and production teams to create visually engaging layouts and graphics for print materials. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience and a strong passion for design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format books, brochures, flyers and other print materials (Adobe InDesign)
- Create illustrations, logos, and visual assets (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW)
- Prepare and optimize files for print production with attention to resolution, bleed, and color accuracy
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver on-brand visuals
- Use MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for presentations, documentation, and client communication
- Maintain organized archives of design files and templates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a print-related environment
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of print production techniques and materials
- Basic photo editing or retouching skills
- Familiarity with digital design for social media or web

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
